The Manitoba Public Libraries Advisory Board (PLAB) values your opinions on your experience using your local public library. Any feedback that you provide by way of the completion of this survey will assist in evaluating the quality of library services across the Province of Manitoba, and will assist in advising on service improvements.

Collection of Personal Information

It is not necessary for you to provide identifying information about yourself when completing the survey, however, you may choose to provide your email address at the end of the survey. At your request, your email address will be used to remind you of the next annual survey. Your personal information is collected in accordance with section 36(1)(b) of The Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA).

Protecting Your Personal Information

Local library administration and library consultants at the Public Library Services (PLS) unit are responsible for administering the survey and reporting aggregate results.
